Hubungan antara Lama Terpasang Kateter Tenchkoff, Status Gizi, Jenis Pembedahan, dan Komplikasi pada Anak dengan Continous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis

Latar belakang. Penyakit ginjal kronis merupakan masalah kesehatan yang merugikan pada anak dengan angka kesakitan dan kematian yang terus meningkat. Continous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)sebagai pilihan terapi pengganti ginjal memberikan manfaat yang lebih baik dibandingkan hemodialisis konvensional pada anak dengan penyakit ginjal terminal. Namun, efektivitas CAPD dalam jangka panjang perlu diantisipasi karena risiko komplikasi infeksi dan non-infeksi.
Tujuan. Mengetahui hubungan faktor risiko dengan komplikasi CAPD pada pasien anak di Rumah Sakit Mohammad Hoesin.
Metode. Studi cross-sectional ini dilakukan di RSMH. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien anak dengan CAPD pada bulan Juni (2016-2021) dengan rekam medis lengkap. Sampel penelitian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Hubungan antara faktor risiko dan komplikasi dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square.
Hasil. Subjek berjumlah 14 orang berjenis kelamin laki-laki, usia>5 tahun, status gizi normal (42,9%), memiliki kelainan anatomi ginjal (57,1%), dan pembedahan secara laparoskopi (71,4%). Komplikasi infeksi terbanyak adalah peritonitis (50%), Komplikasi non infeksi adalah drainase yang buruk (42,9%). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor risiko terhadap komplikasi pada pasien anak yang mengalami CAPD di RSMH (p > 0,05).
Kesimpulan. Secara deskriptif setiap faktor berperan terhadap kejadian komplikasi. Namun, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor risiko pada komplikasi infeksi dan non infeksi.
