Analisis Deskriptif Temuan Klinis, Laboratorium, dan Radiologis Pasien Anak dalam Pemantauan Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Dr. Moewardi

Latar belakang. Indonesia melaporkan kasus konfirmasi Covid-19 pertama kali pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020, dan beberapa daerah telah dinyatakan telah terjadi transmisi lokal. Data mengenai gambaran penyakit Covid-19 pada anak sangat terbatas.
Tujuan. Mengetahui gambaran klinis, laboratorium dan radiologis PDP (Pasien Dalam Pemantuan) anak di Rumah Sakit dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik, dilakukan di Rumah Sakit dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Kriteria inklusi adalah pasien anak yang dirawat di ruang Isolasi Rumah Sakit dr. Moewardi Surakarta, antara bulan April-Oktober 2020.Kriteria eksklusi yaitu pasien meninggal dunia sebelum dilakukan swab tenggorokan.
Hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan data rekam medis, didapatkan 194 subyek penelitian, 36 pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19. Usia rerata pasien terkonfirmasi covid adalah 4.61+5.93 tahun. Dari gejala klinis, temuan laboratorium, dan temuan radiologi tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan (p>0,05). Pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19 didapatkan faktor komorbid (p=0,001), diantaranya kardiovaskuler (6%) dan CNS (14%).
Kesimpulan. Tidak ada gambaran khas pada pasien anak terkonfirmasi Covid-19.
